Google , an American public corporation, earning revenue from advertising related to its Internet search, e-mail, online mapping and many others submitted a complaint to the National Arbitration Forum,requesting the domain name googlewebmarketing.com to be transferred to them . It is well known that Google owns many trademark registrations for “Google” all over the world. That’s why the company accused the respondent, Absolutee Corp. Ltd. of registering a domain name that is confusingly similar to its trademark .
